Terri grew up in church music, beginning her accompaniment skills in the third grade Sunday school class and
moving up from there.  After college graduation, she began to serve as full-time pianist in the Carthage Church
of the Nazarene and did so for 15 years.  Her vocal growth was pursued through family harmonies with her
mother, sister, and brother in special music at local and district church functions and through various
ensembles in school and church.  Their son, Sidney Rushing, now age 6, travels with them.

Tracy and Terri's music together began after their marriage in 1997.  God's ministry through them has
allowed them to sing in church services and revival meetings around the Four-State area and as far away as
Arizona and Florida.  They are active participants in the Church of the Nazarene in Carthage, Missouri.

Their musical repertoire includes gospel, old standards, southern gospel, and "contemporary."  Their
purpose is to praise the name of Jesus and to let God use their music to bring people into a deeper relationship
with Him.
 Tracy began traveling in music
evangelism when he was 3 years
old.  His parents started the
original Rushing Family Singers,
traveling with six brothers and
sisters and their assortment of
instruments.  In some form of
family members and spouses, this
group continued for 25+ years,
traveling and singing 48 to 50
weeks per year.  In trio with his
parents and then on his own,
Tracy has continued his singing
ministry ever since.  He has held
his Song Evangelist's
Commission with the Church of
the Nazarene since 1961.
